Down 1.4 pounds to 311 on the dot. Yay! I've officially lost all of the Christmas weight.

Lesson learned: a week of going crazy with food equals a month of working it off. I'll never do THAT again...

Anyway, I have 309 in my sights, and that means the final "decade" before 299 is right around the corner. :)

    I've not learned the lesson of avoiding "it's just a (insert length of time), how bad can that be?". Yesterday was a bad food day for me. It really shouldn't have mattered that it was my birthday because it still set me back on the scale. I'll have a better idea of how much tomorrow. I didn't do *too* badly on Christmas, but it led to a month of being stuck for me too. I know that I'm doing it to myself and yet I'm finding it hard to get turned around and back on track.
